Thurgood Marshall School-wide Tardy Policy On the 1st tardy- Student recieves a reminder from teacher about the tardy policy On the 2nd tardy- Student must fill out an action plan. On the 3rd tardy- Teacher assigns detention. Teacher calls home to notify parents of tardiness. On the 4th tardy- Students are referred to the counselor. Detention is assigned by the teacher. The counselor calls home and notifies parents of the tardy policy On the 5th tardy- Saturday school will be assigned by the teacher and the students will be referred to the counselor. A parent conference will be set up by the counselor regarding tardiness. Continued Tardiness will be referred to the dean |
